PPM Contract Store Viewer

Navigation: Admin > PPM Contract Store Viewer.

The PPM Contract Store Viewer smart table allows users to view all PPM Contracts. Users may search for contracts by the following criteria:

• Status
• Provider
• Vendor Contract Reference #
• Description
• Template
• Site Name
• Site Description
• Area
• Start Date
• Last Run
• Next Run
• Account Code
• Default Accrual Amount

Selecting a name from the Provider column will display the PPM Details for that contract. The user may hover over and select the PPM Template field on the PPM Detail pop-up display. Selecting this will display the details of the PPM Template, including all Tasks and Activities and whether or not they're required.
